Evonik Participates in Tehran’s 17th International Paint, Resin, Coating, Composites and Plating Exhibition
Evonik, one of the world's leading specialty chemicals companies, participated earlier this month in the 17th International Paint, Resin, Coatings, Composites and Plating Industries fair (IPCC) that was held at Tehran’s Permanent Fairground.
“Iran offers various commercial opportunities for Evonik that are materializing gradually with the easing of sanctions” said Deniz Akay, Vice President of Evonik Gulf FZE, Middle East and North Africa.
“With a large growing population, a number of developed industries, and a demanding middle class; this country already made it to our top three regional markets and continues to grow” Akay added.
The German chemicals group participated at IPCC for the second consecutive year and had four of its business lines present: crosslinkers, coating & adhesive resins, coating additives and acrylic monomers.
A number of innovative solutions that go into industrial and architectural paints, inks, and composites were showcased during the exhibition. However, the key Evonik product ranges at IPCC this year were VESTA groups, DYNAPOL®, TEGO® and VISIOMER®.
